Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! My, how
quickly the year has gone by. It seems like just
yesterday we were talking about a dry winter, and
now 2025 is nearly behind us. I hope you're enjoying
time with friends and family and making the most
of the festive season. I also hope our community
parade was a wonderful event for everyone.
As I mentioned in last month's article, please
remind your friends, family, and guests to follow
our community's rules and regulations. For
everyone's safety, please come to a complete stop at
all stop signs. If you need to make a call or send a
text, please pull over and park on a nearby street.
Safety comes first!
With the days getting shorter and getting dark
earlier, I encourage all walkers to be mindful of the
time change. If you're out walking in the evening,
please wear bright clothing and use ref lectors so
drivers can easily see you.
Any questions regarding the rules and
regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the
front gate. I or any of the other officers will
gladly answer them, we seek compliance and
adherence to the rules established at Ocean Hills
Country Club. Any actions performed by the
officers that you would like me to address with the
patrol officers, please give me a call or email.

community. We greatly appreciate your
cooperation in adhering to the rules. We are
