Om has ree Sub-Truths, i.e. First Truth: 'Om is e Whole'; Second Truth: 'Om is e Prime Energy Channel within which e Whole Moves'; and ird Truth: 'Om is e Prime Principle of Living'. From each of these Truths, there is a derivative Practice, through which the Practitioner feels the sheer bliss of the divine Truth of Om, its energy, and health benefits. e Human Dharma way of living is a value-oriented life with short-term goals; and daily objectives of a rich, healthy, happy, and meaningful life. ere are five eternal human values that give direction, purpose and meaning to a human's life. ese are family, education, work, marriage, and child. e entire Human Dharma is summarized in the form of a daily prayer that incorporates the truth of om with its related practices, and the Human Dharma way of living.
