Our fall season was busy with two special presentations in the Ballroom by Master Gardener, Eben Longfellow. We learned a lot about seasonal planting, choosing the proper soil amendments, and how best to plant a vegetable garden. Our annual end of year potluck was canceled in November due to SCE promising a power outage, (which never happened…?). On Dec. 7 a group of happy Bloomers attended the 78th Annual Feast of Lights in Redlands (photos above). On Mon., Jan. 12 we will carry over our annual tradition of a potluck and begin the year anew! Can you believe a quarter of a century has gone by so quickly? Most of us have enjoyed the privilege of spending the better part of that quarter right here with our Four Seasons family. As we begin the next quarter let us never forget the many blessings we encounter every day; the best one being our sense of family within these gates. Late Bloomers wishes you all a very happy and prosperous new year. Happy 2026! All Four Seasons residents are welcome to join us for meetings and excursions. For more information about Late Bloomers, contact Sharon Williams at (760) 500-0077, SLWilliams51225@gmail.com. 16 16 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JANUARY 2026 | | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JANUARY 2026 | Late Bloomers Garden Club 78th Annual Feast of Lights in Redlands
