Happy Campers RV Club
Join us the first Saturday of the month at 10 am in The Lodge Multipurpose Room. Whether you
have an RV or not, we have many trip options for you. Santee Lakes is a beautiful park with fishing,
paddle boats and boards. They have kayaks and canoes. If you do not have an RV, they have cabins
on and off the water.
There were 11 couples who joined us for the trip to Santee. The weather was perfect. The park is
big with great trails for bikes and dogs. We made sure to hit Mary's Donuts — yum!
John Swindell and Mike Wofford made us our own Bean Bag Baseball game and it was a big hit!
We had a baseball tournament and Annette Wofford supplied all players with medals.
On Tuesday, we drove to Old Town San Diego for lunch at Cafe Coyote. Wednesday was potluck
and game night. Stones, Russ Brown's game, was another big hit.
