The Solera Diamond Valley Del Webb community is one of
the best places to live, offering both a vibrant atmosphere and
a strong sense of community. Additionally, the HOA fees are
reasonable given the amenities we have, making it an even more
attractive place to call home.
The community boasts a
beautiful Lodge and a wide
variety of activities.
To keep costs low while still
providing the lifestyle events,
clubs, and committees that
make this community so
special, we rely on volunteers.
These volunteers are the backbone of our community, ensuring
that everything runs smoothly without the need for high costs.
Committees supporting this effort include the Finance
Advisory, Recreation Advisory, Design Review, Emergency
Preparedness Advisory, Welcome, Communications Advisory,
and the HOA Board of Directors. Additionally, our Volunteers
Group assists the Rec Committee with set up, decorating, cleanup
and any other needs to ensure our Lifestyle Events are fun for all
to enjoy. Without these dedicated volunteers, we would not be
able to keep our community events affordable.
The volunteers who offer their time and services do so with
no expectation other than a simple "thank you." It is this spirit
of generosity that makes our
community so special. To all
the volunteers, we want to say
thank you for your valuable
time and efforts in making
this community the best it can
be.
To maintain all the services
and programs that make this
community thrive, we need more volunteers. Please consider
joining the Volunteer Group or becoming a committee member.
The reward you'll receive is the satisfaction of knowing you are a
vital part of this community, not just a resident.
