Here's hoping it will be a happy, healthy, safe and peaceful one for us all. Last month, with everyone decked out in their holiday best, we had our holiday luncheon, which was catered by The Cove. Four of our members' husbands tended the open bar, and they also served our lunch. Following lunch, we had our installation of officers for 2026: President, Sherry Roberts; Vice President, Donita Scott; Secretary, Bea Brown; Treasurer, Karen Alonzo; Tournament Director, 18 holes, Suzanne Marsolais-Johnson; 9-hole Director, Connie VanderByl; Handicap, Debbie Johnson; and Parliamentarian, Sue Jordan. Congratulations to our new Board! We are fortunate to have so many ladies active and supporting our club. We have had quite a few new members playing with us, for either 9 or 18 holes. We tee off every Tuesday morning, and in January our start time is 8:30 am. We hope you will consider joining us. The Colony Women's Golf Club will be starting up our 4-Holers group again in January. We meet up initially at the driving range on Washington Ave. to guide you toward making contact with the ball.
