Colony Veterans and their guests enjoyed a yummy breakfast with guest speakers on Nov. 11. As a special bonus, The Colony's own
Ron Brown, Marine Veteran, sang a special song in honor of their service.
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends
and family. We should all be grateful for the peace that we
have in this country. This year, we had 18 Colony families
who hosted 54 Marines for our Thanksgiving dinners, and I
have much gratitude to all of the families for opening up your
homes and showing love to these Marines.
Many of you have shared pictures with me and expressed
that you would love to host again next year. I hope to have
more families wanting to participate in the future. This is a
tradition here in The Colony, one that started in November of
2016, and I hope to see it continue for many years to come.
