JOIN US FOR OUR 2ND COLONY-STYLE CLOTHING SWAP Swap Drop-off is Saturday, Jan. 24, from 10 am to 1 pm in the Auditorium. Ladies, clear out your closets and refresh your wardrobe! Drop off your gently used clothing and accessories at the Auditorium on Saturday or bring them to the event on Sunday and you will be given access to shop. Intimates, bathing suits and the like will not be accepted. If you do not bring items to contribute, you may make a monetary donation to Michelle's Place to access the shop on Sunday. Items left over from the event will not be returned but will be given to local charities. e Swap will be Sunday, Jan. 25 from 11 am to 2 pm in the Auditorium. Come to the Auditorium for an afternoon of fashion fun! Sip a little wine, enjoy light snacks and mingle with friendly faces. Whether you're looking to trade for something new-to-you or simply want to connect, this event is the perfect opportunity to revamp your style and meet new friends. See you there for an afternoon of style, sips and swaps! Don't miss out! This was a big hit last year. SUPERBOWL Sunday, Feb. 8, time TBD. Join us at The Colony Clubhouse for a fun, free Super Bowl celebration! Come watch the big game with your neighbors and friends in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to bring a dish to share — either with your own table or with the whole crowd — and The Colony will be providing a complimentary nacho bar for everyone to enjoy while supplies last. The BBQ will also be lit and ready for use, so feel free to bring something to throw on the grill. Bring your favorite game-day treats, settle in, and get ready for a great community Super Bowl Sunday! DOCUMENT SHREDDING Saturday, Feb. 7, 9 am to noon. Are you concerned about identity theft? You should be! Here's your chance to shred and get rid of all those personal documents you no longer need. An industrial-sized shredder will be available at the Clubhouse parking lot between 9 am and 12 pm, or until the truck is full. It certainly is the easiest way to get rid of all that paper. There is no need to remove staples, but please do remove any large binder clips and all paper clips. REMEMBERING THE 60s. Sunday, Feb. 1, doors open at 6:30 pm. Step back in time and relive the golden era of music with Remembering The 1960s – A Tribute to Four Iconic Singers, a dazzling 90-minute live musical celebration honoring the unforgettable voices of Bobby Darin, Connie Francis, Lesley Gore, and Ray Charles. Showtime is 7 to 8:30 pm. Tickets are $20 per person with assigned seating.
