24 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2026 Facilities Committee At our January meeting, we addressed matters carried over from 2025. The primary areas of attention included necessary repairs to the facilities and processing requests for information (RFIs). Our committee continues to resolve outstanding issues and maintain efficient operations. In addition to addressing ongoing concerns, the committee looked ahead to the upcoming spring months in order to prepare the facilities for seasonal needs and ensure everything is in optimal condition year-round. As the weather warms up, we will begin our bi-annual walkabouts. The Facilities Committee meets on the second Wednesday of every month. The February meeting is Feb. 11 at 9 am in the RCN Conference Room. All homeowners are welcome to attend. ~ Regina Farmer, ginjo25@aol.com Social Committee Happy New Year to everyone. The New Year's Eve Party was so much fun — everyone's hard work paid off! The four Co-Chairs — Cathleen Allen, DeAne Nottingham, Denise Culley, and Elaine Recchion — really outdid themselves. We were so appreciative of all the volunteers who helped make this event a success. I wish I could attach a video of the balloon drop. These pictures do not show the amazing balloon drop that the Activities Team worked diligently to ensure it went off at the stroke of midnight (or should I say 9 pm, as that is when we celebrated New Year's Eve). A special thank you to Ryan and Chris! Stay tuned for our next event on Feb. 28 — Vegas Country Night. ~ Lisa Johnson, lisajohnson710@gmail.com The Canine Corral has been closed due to the wet weather and it is necessary to allow the DG to thoroughly dry out once the rain is over. We will post on the Canine Corral Facebook page when the corral will be open for the fur babies to enjoy. The Canine Corral's Saturday and Sunday hours for organized group play, once the weather cooperates, are at 9 am until the warmer weather begins. The Steering Committee hopes that you took the time to complete the Survey Monkey Dog Park survey whether you have a pet or not, if it has already been distributed and the deadline passed. Thank you for your remarks. If not and it is still available, please take the time to complete the survey. All homeowners will receive the Survey Monkey survey, and we need to hear from you to help give the Dog Park Ad Hoc Subcommittee further direction. We are always looking for members to join the Canine Corral Steering Committee. We meet the first Thursday of the month at 10 am in the RCN Conference Room and the meetings only last one hour. Our next meeting will be Feb. 5. ~ Barbara Morton, Co- Chairman, (559) 269-0908 Canine Corral
