64 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2026 The 8-Ball Club presents pool lovers with lots of opportunities for practice and tournaments. The 8-Ball Club practices or plays tournaments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 to 9 pm. The monthly 8-Ball Club business meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month. In-house tournaments include an 8-Ball tournament on the second Wednesday of the month and a 9-Ball tournament on the fourth Wednesday of the month. The club also competes in team events with Solera Oak Valley and Solera Diamond Valley (see addresses below) on the first, second, third, and fourth Monday of each month: two here and two away. Walk in and ask for Del or any of the members playing about the club (David, Captain Kirk, Doug, Augie, Larry, Bella, Claudio, Rick, Scott, Leo, Jone, et al). The 8-Ball Club is always looking for new members who would like to learn to play pool to join us. There is a calendar of all our events each month plus sign- up sheets in the Billiards Room at The Lodge, on the 8-Ball Club bulletin board. You don't have to be the best player, just a player who wants to improve their game in a more competitive setting and have fun at the same time. The Wild Bunch plays on Fridays from 12 to 3 pm. Come join in the stimulation of competitive play. She was always smiling and a joy to partner with. Another one of our players, Bella Capra, has been caring for her husband Claudio and unable to play on Mondays. Sadly, he passed at the end of December. Curly Cues condolences goes out to her and the family. We are a ladies-only group playing once a week on Mondays from 11 am to 1 pm. No experience is necessary, all levels are welcomed, and we always have fun and enjoy the companionship. Join us on Mondays during our play time in the Billiards Room.
