| OHCC LIVING | FEBRUARY 2026 | 7 One month out of the bag to the new year, hopefully we had our umbrellas handy for those interesting days of rain. Rain in California — who would have thought? Anyways, I hope you are staying connected with friends and family. And being consistent in maintaining or accomplishing your new year's resolution! I just want to address a topic that was brought to my attention. Due to the days being darker, please remind your guests/ contractors to be more diligent and aware of our walkers. Residents have stated that there were close calls regarding walking within our community. As I want drivers to be safe drivers, I also want to remind all pedestrians to wear bright clothing and use ref lectors. This helps drivers see you and keeps everyone safe. Please remember to use the pedestrian walk lane, it's there for a reason. Also to address the pedestrian lane, it's only for walkers, continuous riding from a bicycle, golf carts, and single riders are against our regulation. The three items I mentioned should be driven on the main road. The golf course is open for play at 7:50 am and closes at dusk. Please reference the ohgc.net website. It has all the information you need to know whether playability and access is allowed for the day. Any questions regarding the rules and regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the front gate. or any of the other officers will gladly answer them, we seek compliance and adherence to the rules established at Ocean Hills Country Club. Any actions performed by the officers that you would like me to address with the patrol officers, please give me a call or email. That should be it for now! As always, thank you OHCC residents, for your vital role in our community. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the rules. We are committed to serving you and the community; your feedback is invaluable. If you have any concerns or suggestions that you would like to see addressed in a future issue of Living Magazine, we encourage you to share them. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone. My office at the front gate is always open for residents. ~ Tony Duong, Account Manager, Securitas Security Services, Tony.Duong@securitasinc.com, (760) 766- 1458 or (760) 505-2146 Community Patrol Services
