We're off to a good start in February —
the month of hearts, love, and new projects!
As we search online for a stunning little
something to create, we find there are so
many possibilities to tackle.
As of this writing, I don't know what
undertaking we'll attempt, but our finished
efforts will be posted next month.
Are you new to Sun Lakes? Are you
a crafter? Are you a card maker or
scrapbooker? Or does the idea of learning
something different with fun new friends
interest you? If you answered yes to any
of these questions, you belong with us! I
personally think we have one of the best
groups in Sun Lakes. Along with our
weekly meetings, we have monthly lunches,
yearly holiday parties, and spinoffs of other
activities that have little to do with crafting!
Drop in or peek in the door on any of our
meeting days and ask questions and see
what we're doing.
We meet every Monday from 1 to 3 pm in
the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room.
The only exception is the second Monday,
when our time changes to 11 am to 1 pm.
February meeting dates will be Feb. 2, 16,
and 23 from 1 to 3 pm, Feb. 9 (the second
Monday) will be from 11 am to 1 pm.
Our monthly luncheon is always on the
second Thursday of the month. This month,
it will be on Feb. 12 at 11:30 am in the Main
Clubhouse Restaurant. Don't forget to mark
your calendar with these dates.
