| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | FEBRUARY 2026 | 23 The Latin word for February is "Februum" and means to purify or cleanse. The Four Seasons community's example of purification is evident in the upcoming remodel of The Lodge. The community continues to cleanse both in the common areas as well as us as neighbors cleanse our properties. The Golden Girls Ladies Club also "somewhat" began to cleanse and refresh our past year, as we reevaluated our needs for the club and our neighbors. We hope to provide you with our best leadership along with new and exciting activities and adventures. Our January meeting began with our members rejoining along with growing our membership. Our dues are $20 a year. We also continue to support two local organizations such as Valley Restart Shelter and Pet Haven. To start off January, we gathered at the Cheesecake Factory to share our stories from the holiday celebrations along with planning our 2026 calendar. We welcome you to try something new this year. Meet some amazing ladies and have some fun for a few hours a month. We meet on the fourth Monday of the month at 1:15 pm in the Ballroom to meet and greet before the official meeting begins at 1:30 pm. For more information, please contact Julie Rodriguez at (951) 821- 1970. Our Motto: Having fun, being positive, staying energized and giving back to the community Golden Girls' Ladies Club WIT (Women In Touch) The WIT ladies share a common bond – the loss of the love of their life. Our dinner meeting provides a special social interaction and helps to rekindle old and new friendships. The WIT Team gathers once a month in the Bistro for dinner. Our dinner orders are "called in" to the Bistro between 2 to 4 pm. When we gather at 5 pm, our orders are already being prepared and are ready to deliver to each attendee. We are a support group. Please accept our invitation to join us if you are a widow in need of a social connection and loving care. If you have any questions regarding WIT, please contact Brenda Beers at (951) 306-6670.
