Mah-Jongg Club Mah Jongg is more than just a game: it is a mental challenge, a social activity, and a source of endless fascination (and sometimes, in the interest of full disclosure, frustration). Please visit us this month and consider joining the Mah Jongg Club. We play the official standard hands and rules of the National Mah Jongg League. We can help you learn to play by observing our games, asking questions, and borrowing a copy of instructional guides. We also can set up a table, explain the tiles, and walk you through the basic rules before, during, or after our scheduled meeting times. We play Mondays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 2:30 pm in the Game Room/Multipurpose Room. Play both days, either day, or skip a day if you are on vacation or have another commitment. We celebrate our birthdays with a monthly birthday lunch in the Bistro and get together for holidays as well.
