| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | FEBRUARY 2026 | 3 General Manager's Message The Executive Session Meeting is scheduled for Feb. 23, at 11:30 am and Feb. 25, at 9 am. The Open Session Meeting is scheduled for Feb. 25, at 1 pm. We have updated our sound system in the Ballroom as well as the microphones. This should be great for us to make sure that our numerous events and activities have the sound capabilities that are required. We have been working on our Four Seasons Pedestrian Gate. It has been a long journey of repair and troubleshooting. We hope that it has and will be resolved for the foreseeable future. Annual Meeting: Our deadline for candidates is Feb. 11, at 5 pm. If you or someone you know is interested in running for the Board, please submit or have them submit a candidacy application. You can get the application at the front desk of The Lodge. Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 22. Update Your Payment Information: The budget was approved by the Board last year, so please keep in mind that your Master Dues have been updated from $184 to $214 starting the beginning of this year. The Legends cost center of $48 was not increased, so Legends owners would be paying a total of $262 starting Jan. 1. Please make sure all your payment information ref lects these updated dues so that you won't suffer from potential penalties and late fees for not paying the correct amount. Remember that this is the month that we celebrate Valentine's Day, so make sure to show your friends and neighbors some love. We often forget that it's the people we surround ourselves with that are the ones that are present in our lives. We want to make sure that they recognize that we care for them and that we appreciate them for being there to check up on us and to support us when we need it. I hope you all have a great Valentine's Day and that February is fantastic! By Jon Payne, CMCA February is recognized as National Senior Independence Month, a time to celebrate older adults' ability to live independently while continuing to make meaningful contributions to our communities. This month highlights the vitality of our seniors and underscores the importance of supporting their independence and well-being. As your County Supervisor, I have made it a priority to connect with our senior community by hosting numerous "Meet and Greets" at senior HOAs and local senior centers. At each event, I bring together county departments that provide vital services, ensuring seniors have direct access to the resources and support they need to live safely and independently. I remain firmly committed to empowering our valued seniors with the tools and resources necessary to lead vibrant, independent lives. Supervisor's Message By Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez
