SASY is about more than exercise. We start gathering at a table in the Bistro about 8 am and go to the Ballroom as a group at 8:30 am. For those whose schedules allow, we follow exercise with breakfast in the Bistro, with all of us gone by 10 am. We stretch and lift for 30 minutes, using recorded exercises, either seated or standing behind chairs. For those wanting to use light weights, we have plenty to share, or bring your own. Start your day strong, have fun, and meet your neighbors. Strong Adults Stay Young (SASY) BALANCE & STABILITY: This chair-based class is designed to improve balance and stability in everyday life.
