We kicked off 2026 with a wonderfully-
informative presentation by the SAPP Team, a
dynamic father-daughter duo. At our January
meeting, Mr. Brian Sapp provided in-depth information on reverse
mortgages. As exhibited by the many comments, those in attendance
appreciated the knowledge and understanding gained during the
presentation. Comments included:

while receiving payments, and the procedures for transitions to a

As was intended, everyone left well-informed. Handouts are
available upon request, for those who were not able to attend.
A survey was also sent out eliciting feedback on the presentation
and requesting input and suggestions on what members would be
interested in learning about in future educational presentations. If
you haven't responded, there is still time.
As we continue our new approach for 2026 we invite you, the
residents of Sun Lakes, to join us. Your participation is important.
We welcome you to share your ideas and express your interests so
that together we can have a fantastic year. Watch for information on
what's planned for the April 8 meeting. We also look forward to our
