We kicked off this year's Doo-Wop and Disco Dance Club
festivities with a fantastic "Roaring Twenties" theme party on Feb.
7. Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback, it was a roaring
success, and we are thrilled that everyone had such a wonderful
time.
By the time you read this, the Roaring Twenties dance will have
come and gone, but just like all our other celebrations, it was another
packed and lively evening. It was wonderful to see more members
inviting guests from outside OHCC, as well as non-member guests
from within the community. The more, the merrier!
What's coming next? Keep those dancing shoes dusted off and
shined up. Mark your calendars for our next dance on March 17.
We are bringing back one of our great "band finds" from last
year: Big Revenge. They were a wonderful addition to our lineup,
so trust me — you won't want to miss this event.
Reminders:
Time: Doors open at 5:30 pm. The band takes the stage at 6 pm
and keeps the party going until 9 pm.
Format: Our "Bring Your Own Everything" (BYOE) setup
continues to be a hit. We love seeing friends gather at their tables
with their favorite food and drinks, enjoying the music and festive
atmosphere.
If you haven't joined the Doo-Wop and Disco Dance Club yet, now
is the perfect time. Get ready for another spectacular night of music
and great company.
