Respectively Submitted by Susan Pick, President Aren't we lucky to have such talented residents right here in OHCC! Come check out the display of creativity in the Art Studio by the following artists: Betty Anne Kreutziger Mike Thornton Bonnie Krichbaum Mitchell Ehrlich Jan Balog Nancy-Jo Klaphaak Jeff Powell Patricia Battles Kathy Thornton Sue Silva Lorraine Kleeman The works vary from vivid splashes of color with a reflective finish, to the dark, soulful photo of shoes taken at the Holocaust Memorial Museum. Each piece tells its own story and reveals the unique vision of its creator. And, again, we welcome the beautiful acrylic artwork by Annette Frimtzis at the front desk, which we can enjoy through February and March. So, viewing art and creating art can be a rich tapestry of emotions, ranging from moments of escape to joyful memories, to appreciation of talent, to a sense of calm. What do you feel when you see the artwork? Perhaps give a "thank you" to our artistic neighbors for sharing their talent with us here at OHCC. Their willingness to display their work enriches our environment and reminds us of the creative spirit that thrives here. If you have an art piece to share, please contact Lainy Vinikow, Mike Thornton or Judy Harris who have written this article. Written by Lainy Vinikow and Judy Harris Art Studio
