April 6, 13, 20, 27: Raising Cane's Fundraiser Join our fundraiser each Monday in April from noon until 10 pm at Raising Cane's located at 1535 East 2nd Street, Beaumont. Mention the fundraiser at the restaurant or apply code RCFUND96 to online or app orders at checkout and Cane's will donate 15 percent of net sales to the Sun Lakes Charitable Trust. April 19: Paint and Sip with Claudia, 10 am, South Clubhouse, $25 per person At this fundraising event, a portion of the fee will go to the Charity Week Fun Walk. Please join the Charity Week Fun Walk Committee to paint a theme-inspired Westward Ho Wagon Wheel at this fun event. All supplies will be provided. Walk-ins are welcome April 28: Charity Week Stuffing Party, 1 - 5 pm, Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room We need volunteers to help stuff Charity Week envelopes that will be delivered to every home. These envelopes contain the Ball Drop and Charity Week Raff le tickets along with a Charity Week Program. If you'd like to help for just an hour or more, contact Sharon Kealy at (951) 797-3031. Wed., June 10, 8:30 am: Monster Scramble – Executive Golf Course Join your friends and neighbors for a fun day of 18 holes of golf and refreshments on the golf course, followed by lunch at the end of play. It's a fun and wacky day of golf. Contact Ann Marchand at (951) 231-8986 for more information. Thurs., June 11, 1 pm: Western Activities Day – Main Clubhouse Come on out and learn how to square dance, play corn hole, and ride your stick pony at the Horse Race Roundup. These are just some of the fun activities planned for Western Activities Day. Munchies will be available and the Charity Bar will be open. Ticket sales for all events will begin in early May while tickets for raff les prizes and the Helicopter Ball Drop will be delivered to your door.
