24 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | APRIL 2026 Finance Committee The financial statements for January 2026 were reviewed and recommended for Board approval. In addition, the committee reviewed expenditure proposals for various recommended projects in the community. We also reviewed investment recommendations to move maturing investments to higher yield FDIC insured instruments. Highlights of the January financial statements are below. Homeowners are welcome to join us at the Finance Committee's regularly scheduled monthly meetings held on the last Tuesday of each month. Our next meeting will be April 28. The Finance Committee reviews and discusses many issues that you may have questions about. Residents are welcome to attend one of our meetings to become more familiar with our finances. At the beginning of each meeting, we allow three minutes per homeowner not to exceed 30 minutes in total for comments. Our meetings are held in the RCN Conference Room. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Jolene Cooley joleneaudit@gmail.com. ~ Jolene Cooley Facilities Committee It is hard to believe it is already April. It feels like we just kicked off the New Year. Time does seem to get away from us. From a facilities standpoint, spring is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. The days are longer, the weather is warming up, and all our facilities are buzzing with activity and preparation for the new warmer weather ahead of us. We are thrilled to announce that the outdoor pools will be heated and open beginning April 15. All three pools and spas at Four Seasons now feature newly paved decking with cool-touch pavement, making it comfortable on even the brightest afternoons. The pools and spas have also been replastered and freshly retiled, giving them a brand-new sparkle that is perfect for those early morning laps, an afternoon dip, or a relaxing evening soak after a busy day. Our FirstService maintenance teams have worked diligently throughout the winter to ensure that every detail is ready for the season ahead. From equipment inspections to safety checks, no step has been overlooked, so when you visit, all you need to do is enjoy yourself. The Facilities Committee hopes you can take full advantage of the warmer weather and everything the community has to offer. Most importantly, enjoy! The Facilities Committee meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 9 am. Homeowners are welcome to attend. ~ Regina Farmer, ginjo25@aol.com Actual Budget Variance % OPERATING REVENUE (Fees, Interest, Revenue) 563,894 547,800 16,094 2.9% OPERATING EXPENSES UTILITIES 42,814 48,732 5,918 12.1% LAND MAINTENANCE 88,188 104,256 16,068 15.4% SWIMMING POOL/SPA 9,340 10,859 1,519 14.0% COMMUNITY SERVICES/EVENT 7,835 3,886 (3,949) -101.6% COMMON AREA 74,755 74,021 (734) -1.0% ADMINISTRATION 207,443 202,847 (4,596) -2.3% SPRINGDALE EXPENSES 10,072 10,504 432 4.1% FRONT YARD EXPENSES 43,645 35,886 (7,759) -21.6% TOTAL OPERATING EXPENSES 484,091 490,991 6,900 1.4% NET INCOME/(LOSS 79,803 56,809 22,994 40.5%
