| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | APRIL 2026 | 27 Four Seasons Players "April showers bring May flowers" may be an old saying, but it remains as true and timely as ever. We certainly hope it proves so this year. Heaven knows we need the rain — and the glorious sight of flowers in bloom. Our wish is simple: rain enough to nourish the earth, but mercifully spared from flooding and landslides. It may sound like wishful thinking, yet it is both wishing and doing that set us apart and inspire us to move forward with hope and purpose. We were truly delighted to see so many members of our community attend our recent performance. It was a bit different, was it not? This time, we incorporated commentary and background sound to bring the unfolding events more vividly to life and to emphasize the central message — that each of us holds the power to choose and to do good in the end. Due to publishing deadlines for e Herald, we are unable to include photographs from the performance in this issue. Please rest assured that the images captured during the play will be featured in next month's article. As we look ahead and welcome the summer of 2026, we warmly encourage you to join us for our second and third productions of the year. Better yet, consider becoming part of our group. We would love for you to share your vision and creativity in the selection and presentation of our future plays. We always look forward to entertaining you — one evening at a time. Zalmai Roashan As the days grow longer and spring approaches, hand drumming is a wonderful way to energize the body, engage the mind, and enjoy time together as a community. Hand drumming is easy to join, relaxing, and uplifting — no musical experience needed. Whether you come to drum, listen, or enjoy the shared rhythm, there's a place for everyone in the circle. To help everyone participate, we will provide six extra drums and a variety of percussion shakers, and we may have up to 20 drums available depending on RSVPs. If you'd like to guarantee a drum reserved for you, please RSVP. You can text or call Debbie Foster at (805) 406-6581 or Daune Willahan at (831) 233-0135. Feel free to reach out with any questions! We meet on the first and third Thursdays at 2 pm in the Ballroom. DrumHeadz Drum Circle
