Remember to Vote! Don't toss that ballot. It's that time when your voice is important. It is election season for our Four Seasons community, and with it comes one of the most important privileges we share as homeowners — the right to participate in the democratic process. Our forefathers envisioned a system of self-governance built on participation, fairness, and the belief that every voice has value. Through representative government, we entrust our neighbors to serve on our behalf, to listen, to deliberate, and to make thoughtful decisions for the good of the entire community. That trust is both a privilege and a responsibility. Representative government works best when those being represented take part in selecting their leaders. By voting, you are not only choosing individuals — you are helping to shape the direction, tone, and priorities of our community. You are affirming that leadership should ref lect the collective will and shared values of Four Seasons. The HOA Board of Directors is made up of seven members elected at large from within our community. This year, four positions are open — fully half of the Board — making your participation especially important. Those elected will help guide financial decisions, community standards, and long-term planning that affect us all. You should have received your secret ballot in the mail by now. Seven fellow community members are running for the four available seats, and their names are listed on your ballot. Please remember that all ballots are due by April 11, either by mail or by delivery to The Lodge. You may also bring your ballot to the Annual Meeting on April 22. At the Annual Meeting, the ballots will be counted under the supervision of an Inspector of Elections, ensuring a fair, transparent, and accountable process. The results will be announced at that time. Participating in this election is more than a routine task — it is how we honor the principles of representative government and the democratic ideals on which both our nation and our community are built. Your vote is your voice, and through it you help ensure that Four Seasons continues to be guided by the people, for the people. Message from the Board of Directors 2 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | APRIL 2026 | Sincerely, and on behalf of your Board of Directors, Rick Adkins, Paul Barr, Fred Kydd, Cliff Post, Mary Reyna, and Dan Ramos, Barbra Balser, President
