Hello, my name is Elexi Rodriguez. I am a Beaumont local who is excited to be part of the team at
Solera. I look forward to growing within the company and contributing in a positive and meaning ful
way. Outside of work, I enjoy movie nights with my family, trying new recipes, nding new coee
shops, and hiking.

Highlights from Mayor's presentation:
• Over the last five years, 120 miles of streets repaired
• AI Technology to look at pattern of traffic lights at major intersections to improve traffic f low
• Target Store slated to open May, 2027
• New Animal Shelter to be built back side of City Hall with 25 kennels
• New Homeless Enforcement Officer added
• New Fire Dept Squad truck added with paramedic
• New Fire Dept ladder truck to be here six to eight weeks
• Pennsylvania grade project will take two years to complete and alternate routes will be required
• Public transit busses to pick up seniors and disabled persons from senior communities will be
given serious consideration
• Potrero Bridge interchange at 60 freeway on and off ramps to break ground April 2026
