Anthony "Tony" Lucchesi My name is Anthony "Tony" Lucchesi, and I am formally announcing my candidacy for the HOA Board of Directors. My wife and I have called Solera our home for 11 years in May. We love the vibe here and, more importantly, the people who make this community what it is. I've spent some time helping out in advisory roles, and now I'm ready to step up and bring my professional background to the Board to help keep our neighborhood headed in the right direction. Current Community Leadership & Involvement • Chairperson, Communication and Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC): I lead our eorts to enhance community-wide communication and technical resources. • Ad-Hoc Committee Member: I played a key role in the selection and communication strategy for our community's Internet and Cable transition to Spectrum. • Member: RV, Bocce Ball, Golf and Ping Pong Group. I am an active participant in our community's interest groups, staying connected to the diverse needs of our residents. Professional & Military Background • Soware Development & Support: I have an extensive career as a Computer Programmer Analyst and Developer, including providing critical soware support for CVS Pharmacy. • Business & Healthcare Operations: My experience includes data entry and operations within the Healthcare sector, specically working with third-party Workers' Compensation systems. • U.S. Air Force Veteran: I served as a Radio Operator before transitioning to Strategic Air Command (SAC). In this high-stakes environment, I managed Squawk Box identication systems for B-52 bombers to ensure "friendly" aircra identication. I was also responsible for providing Top Secret documentation to ight crews and held one of the highest security clearances available. My Commitment to You With a career built on technical precision, data-driven analysis, open-minded and high- level security, I am prepared to oer the Board a detail-oriented and transparent approach to governance. I believe that by working together with each resident, we can make our community an even better place to live for the future. I would be honored to earn your vote. 8 | LIFE IN SOLERA | APRIL 2026 |
