Marcia Beyer-Casem I am Marcia Beyer-Casem and ask for your vote for the 2026-2027 election to the Solera Board of Directors. I have been a board member since 2019 and served as President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director. I have been the Liaison to various advisory committees such as: Recreation Activities, Finance Advisory Communications and Technology, and currently Common Area Landscape. I was Chairperson of the New Resident Welcome Advisory Committee for 14 years . I am now Chairperson of the Finance and the Fountain AD HOC Committees. I had 43 years in Banking (23 years as Customer Service Manager and 13 years as Branch Manager) and served as Treasurer for two Chamber of Commerce. I earned a Master of Business Administration degree and have a strong understanding of Reserves, Capital Improvement, and Operating Cost, enabling me to make sound nancial decisions. I believe members want to be heard. I fought for Support Our Troops right to remain a club and continue collecting donations to send needed supplies to our troops overseas. I have and will continue to listen to the members and provide representation for their concerns. I have been working with the Street Committee by providing nancial guidance for the replacement and repair of our streets. I am currently working toward the addition of recreation activities and picnic benches on the Greenbelt.
