Ocean Hills Country Club (OHCC) is a premier HOA that strives, through actively involved
members, to provide excellent service, well-maintained amenities, and an elevated living
experience to its owners and residents. To achieve this mission, the Board of Directors
strives to:
• Protect and preserve OHCC's assets
• Maintain and enhance property values
• Provide a welcoming environment for owners and residents
• Promote the use and enjoyment of the property by owners and residents
• Communicate Board decisions and actions to owners and, when applicable, to residents
To support this mission, owners and residents are expected to:
• Respect one another and treat their neighbors, our volunteer board members, committee
members, management representatives, vendors, and sta, fairly and courteously
• Live by the governing documents
• Promote harmonious living
• Make informed decisions for the common benet of all.
