| OHCC LIVING | APRIL 2026 |27 Art Lovers On Thurs., Feb. 19 our Art Lovers Club had a car trip to the Oceanside Museum of Art. We were very fortunate to have two very knowledgeable Docents to explain the very interesting Art Works to our large group. The Art Show consisted of their Biennial Exhibit where they had 200+ entries and only picked 65! Because of their selectivity, we were able to see the best of the best artwork. Congratulations to our own OHCC resident and Art Lovers Member Cathy Carey for being juried into the show! We all also enjoyed seeing the Tiny Exhibit Show and sculptures with musical sounds f lowing out of them; a very unique exhibit indeed! After the museum, we all enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Oceanside Broiler. A good time was had by all! Respectively written by Susan Pick, President Spring has sprung! And here we are in Ocean Hills Country Club, enjoying our beautiful weather and a lovely display of creativity in our Art Studio and at the front desk. But, since it's April, we don't want you to feel foolish. Be sure to check out the display in the Art Studio before it changes on April 11. You don't want to miss out! We thank our artists for their willingness to share their work, and we encourage each of you to pause at the front desk to enjoy the new painting on display there.
