64 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2026 The 8-Ball Club presents pool lovers with lots of opportunities for practice and tournaments. The 8-Ball Club practices or plays tournaments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 to 9 pm. The monthly 8-Ball Club business meeting is held on the first Wednesday of each month. In-house tournaments include an 8-Ball tournament on the second Wednesday of the month and a 9-Ball tournament on the fourth Wednesday of the month. The club also competes in team events with Solera Oak Valley and Solera Diamond Valley (see addresses below) on the first, second, third, and fourth Monday of each month: two here and two away. The 8-Ball Club is always looking for new members who would like to learn to play pool to join us. A calendar listing the 8-Ball Club's monthly events plus sign-up sheets is on the 8-Ball Club bulletin board in the Billiards Room at The Lodge. Wild Bunch Billiards Group has changed their hours of play on Fridays, beginning at 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Many of our players have requested these new hours, and we listen to our players! You don't have to be the best player, just a player who wants to improve their game in a more competitive setting and have fun at the same time. We play 8 Ball, Scotch Doubles, and 9 Ball … it's your choice. The Wild Bunch invites you to come by on Fridays from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm in the Billiards Room and join in the stimulation of competitive play with a twist of fun. Thanks, Eileen! Through the years we have welcomed many women and made lasting friendships with many. Along the way we have had to say goodbye to some of our players, that part is never fun. We are always looking for new members; plus, we would also love to see our previous members return! We have recently added two new players and are looking forward to getting to know them, Elena Molina and Mary Lou Diaz. They are really fun. So, if you enjoy listening to music, being social, and oh yes, playing billiards, please come join us. It's also a great way to brush up on your billiards skills. There has been a recent change in our contact information, Barb Morton has stepped down but is still an active member. Pat Semler and April Bonot are the new contacts for this group.
