Nadine Yetta Greenberg Mrs. Nadine Yetta Greenberg, age 78, a resident of Sun Lakes for more than a decade, passed away the afternoon of March 7, 2026, at Redlands Community Hospital. She was born July 8, 1947, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, a daughter of the late Stanley and Nina Blank (neƩ Prosterman). Although she lived many places around the world in her life, most of her years were spent residing in Southern California. Nadine was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, David Edward Greenberg, who also loved the years he lived in Sun Lakes. They sustained a beautiful marriage with love and adventure, traveling the globe and working through the challenges of military and corporate life together. In addition to being a self-published author of the Deliciousness of Yesteryear cookbook, she was a member of the Sun Lakes Yiddish Culture Club for 12 years, and relished opportunities to learn Mahjong with her friends. Prior to the recent changes, Nadine loved entertaining guests at the country club. She enjoyed cooking, travel, staying in touch with family and friends, and had probably seen every Hallmark movie ever made. Nadine is survived by her brother, Harvey Blank, her son Nathan Greenberg along with his wife, Patti Ellis-Greenberg, and one grandson, Noah. Her funeral was held March 12, 2026, at Weaver Mortuary in Beaumont, followed by a brief graveside service at Riverside National Cemetery, where she once again joined David. Family and friends shared touching stories of how Nadine's kindness impacted their lives across decades and generations. | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MAY 2026 | 65
