e OHCC Garden Club is celebrating spring in style with our
Annual Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show! For those who
have made reservations, we look forward to seeing you on Wed.,
May 13. is special event will take the place of our regular May
Garden Club meeting.
In June, we'll host one of OHCC's most beloved traditions, the
Annual Home Garden Tour. is year's tour will take place on
Sat., June 6, from 11 am to 2 pm. No pre-registration is needed,
and everyone is welcome. Maps will be emailed to Garden Club
members and will also be available at the Clubhouse desk a few
days before the tour.
is is truly one of my favorite events of the year. Residents
will have the opportunity to explore a variety of beautiful home
gardens and outdoor spaces throughout OHCC. Each garden
oers fresh inspiration and creative ideas. Have I brought any
of those ideas back to my own garden? Not quite — but there's
always tomorrow.
e Garden Tour is free and open to all residents. Please note
that you'll be asked to sign a waiver at the rst home you visit.
Golf carts and carpooling are encouraged.
We're also delighted to include a stop at the Save the Monarch
Buttery Garden this year. Members will be on hand to answer
questions and serve refreshments while visitors enjoy this vibrant
space — likely alive with butteries of many varieties, not just
Monarchs.
