Once again, it sure has been busy here at Solera Diamond Valley. The staff is
working very hard. The office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, except
for holidays. During these hours, the staff can assist you. Please note that when
you come to the front desk after hours, the Facility Monitor is off duty and
is unable to help you with office tasks, such as help with home improvement
applications, paying for events, badge issues, etc. However, the meantime, we
have resident request forms available for you to complete and submit. Upon
submission, one of the staff members will get back to you as soon as possible.
I keep hearing great reviews about the events. I am sure some of you have
noticed the wonderful job Jocelyne Quiroz has done as the new Lifestyle
Manager. Jocelyne loves her job and it shows in her work. I feel the events have
been well attended and have been highly successful. It seems like everyone is
having a great time. A special thank you to Jocelyne for all her hard work.
Madelyn and Raul are doing an excellent job in their new roles as Property
Services Manager and Front Desk Concierge. I truly appreciate their efforts in
working so hard for the community. I am very proud of both of them. Their
hard work does not go unnoticed.
Please help me welcome our two new Facility Monitors - Pedro Mendoza
Garcia and Cadence Ebert. I hope you have had an opportunity to meet them
both. They are always busy performing their job duties with a smile. They are
a fantastic addition to our team.
By the end of May, we should have a full staff. I am looking forward to that.
During this transition period, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding
as we adjust schedules and responsibilities to ensure continued service.
Lastly, we invite you to join us at the next Open Session Board Meeting.
These meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at 2 pm in the
Ballroom. Please attend the meeting if you can to stay informed. Also, note
that you do not have to wait for a board meeting to make requests and/or bring
items to Management's attention. We are here to assist you. We appreciate your
continued support and look forward to seeing you soon.
