Every great publication begins with passionate people who believe in the power of community, and Terramor Beyond the Gates is no exception. This inaugural issue marks the beginning of something special for our residents: a magazine created to inform, inspire, and celebrate the people, stories, and experiences that make Terramor such a unique place to call home. Behind this exciting new venture is a dedicated committee of residents who have volunteered their time, creativity, and expertise to help bring this vision to life. From editorial planning and community storytelling to design, organization, and creative direction, each committee member plays an important role in shaping a publication that reflects the heart of Terramor. While our community is defined by its gates, the lives of our residents extend far beyond them, through local events, businesses, achievements, partnerships, and shared experiences. The title also captures the tone and vision for the magazine. • FEEL: Aspirational, Upscale, Lifestyle-Focused • TONE: Positive, Forward-Looking, Elegant What it suggests: • Life inside and beyond a gated community • Luxury, Lifestyle, Events, and Features • Growth, Connection, and Community Pride • Content that is editorial and inspiring, not simple neighborhood gossip Ultimately, "Beyond The Gates" represents a magazine that celebrates our community while also highlighting the broader lifestyle, people, and experiences that enrich the lives of our residents. We hope you will enjoy our first edition of your new community magazine. BEHIND "BEYOND THE GATES" MAGAZINE TITLE
