2 FOUR SEASONS TERRA LAGO ROADRUNNER | JULY 2026
By Michael Scoggins, President
One of the greatest strengths of Four Seasons at Terra Lago is
the dedication of the homeowners who volunteer their time to
serve on our committees. These groups play a vital role in how our
community operates, how decisions are made, and how the Board
stays connected to the everyday experiences of our residents.
Committees help the Board by reviewing information,
researching options, and providing thoughtful recommendations.
This work ensures that Board decisions are well informed,
transparent, and grounded in the real needs of our community.
Our committees also bring together residents with diverse
backgrounds and skills — from finance and landscaping to events,
safety, and design. When homeowners share their expertise, the
entire community benefits. It strengthens our decision making
and helps us move projects forward more efficiently.
Just as importantly, committees create opportunities for
residents to get involved, meet neighbors, and contribute to the
place we all call home. Their work often happens quietly, but its
impact is felt everywhere — in the quality of our amenities, the
beauty of our grounds, the success of our events, and the safety
and vibrancy of our neighborhood.
To all current and past committee members: thank you. Your
service makes a meaningful difference.
If you've ever considered getting involved, I encourage you to
apply when openings are announced. Whether you have specific
expertise or simply a desire to help, there is a place for you.
Committees are where ideas begin, where solutions take shape,
and where residents help shape the future of our community.
Step forward. Get involved. Help shape the community you love.
A Message from
your President
Happy Fourth
