If you utilize ClickPay, please be sure to increase your payment to the new assessment amount, if you are not set up for it to increase automatically. LOST & FOUND Please see the receptionist in the Administration office to claim lost and found items. Items that are turned in will be held for a period of six months. Then it will be donated to a local charitable organization. Valuable items will be returned to the person who brought the item in, following the six-month waiting period. Your assessment statement will contain an 8-digit access number that is your bill pay account number. This account number will ensure proper and timely processing of your payment. There is a steady stream of residents who have appointments to meet with staff daily in the Administration Office. While employees are working with residents, they do not answer incoming calls. Instead, calls will go to voicemail. Please leave a voicemail so your call can be returned. Such actions could jeopardize our liquor license, and we trust you would not wish to be responsible for any resulting consequences. Table Arrangements: Please refrain from saving or pushing tables together unless your entire party is present. Assistance with Moving Furniture: For your safety and the safety of others, kindly request assistance from a staff member if you need to move tables or bring additional chairs. Plasticware: Plasticware will be provided on the Veranda during large events, including Friday and Saturday night entertainment. Following these guidelines, along with all other rules, is essential to ensuring that every resident enjoys a pleasant experience here at Sun Lakes. ALL CLUBHOUSE POOLS REMINDERS Important reminders for a pleasant and safe experience: You must always accompany your guests. Designated children's hours are from 10 am to 2 pm at the Main and North Clubhouse pools. As the resident, you are responsible for your guest's actions. Guests are not allowed at the South Clubhouse indoor pool. Please refer to the governing documents (Rules and Regulations) for the pool holiday hours for children. LOUNGE & VERANDA RULES EPAP ANIMAL RESCUE GROUP We meet at 10 am in the Multipurpose Room on the third Monday of the following five months each year: September, November, January, March, and May. We strive to bring interesting and informative guest speakers to our meetings to help you keep your animals safe and healthy.
