| LIFE IN SOLERA | JULY 2026 | 5 Welcome Committee NEW RESIDENT UPDATE! As of June 5, 38 new households (60 people) have joined the Solera community in 2026. Among them are Louis Bingenheimer, Sharon Hall, Linda Uithoven, and Marc Zamora (pictured above). TIPS OF THE MONTH: Use Gate Sentry and Provide Visitors the Main Gate Address To ensure smooth deliveries and access to the neighborhood by your vendors and guests, do two simple things: 1. Add them to your Gate Sentry Vendors and/or Guest lists. 2. Provide them the address to the main, guarded gate: 1550 Fairway Drive, Beaumont, 92223 All non-residents must enter through the main gate. Google Maps and other map apps may send them to the wrong gates. Providing them the main gate address will help avoid frustration, delays, and possible damage to vehicles or gate structures (for those visitors who try to tailgate a resident's car entering through a resident-only gate). For deliveries (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon), you can usually enter the main gate address in special delivery instructions on the company's website. For example, "Guard-gated community. Go to 1550 Fairway Drive, Beaumont, 92223 first to gain access." Need help with setting up or using Gate Sentry?
