SOLERA SIPPERS
Wow, July already. Our Black and White
party in May is shown in the pictures (below,
right) this month. We had a great turnout,
good food and so many people were still
there when I had to stop the music. Mary
Lou , DJ Blast and the committee for this
event made a really wonderful evening. July
is Luau month for the Sippers Club. Keep
your eye open for the f lier for this event.
June was our Bocce Ball Tournament. We
had a dozen teams and a lot of spectators
for this event. It was a free event for both
players and spectators. We all enjoyed
burgers right of the grill, beef or veggie.
Also hot dogs included. Both cooked right
next to the Bocce Ball courts. I'll let you
know who won next month.
In August, we will have our "Name
That ?" … It could be song, artist, movie or
a combination of these. Each table will be a
team with prizes for the winning team. You
can put your own team together at one table.
September will see use moving from
house to house for our always fun
Progressive Wine Tasting. The houses are
all close together so you don't have to move
your car between houses. The best thing is
we don't have to stop at 9 pm. You will also
see everyone there at one house or another.
October is our Halloween party. Time to
be whatever you want. Did you know wine
doesn't make you fat? It makes you lean
… against tables, chairs, f loors, walls and
