Hello, neighbors! Your Homeowner's Association Board thanks you for being an
important part of our community. We also appreciate everyone who joined us and
shared feedback at recent events. Your involvement helps make our neighborhood
brighter and more welcoming, and your input truly guides our decisions. Please
continue reaching out with your suggestions and concerns. If you feel you did
not receive an immediate response, that does not mean your concerns have gone
unnoticed. Together, we are building a stronger, friendlier community.
Neighborhood Projects and Improvements
This month, we began the long-awaited reconstruction of our 14 miles of road,
our largest and most expensive project to date. As previously shared, this is a
multiyear effort.
We are also updating the fountain area near the Clubhouse to enhance the
appearance of our neighborhood.
We are adding new furniture to shared areas to improve comfort and safety, and
we will continue keeping you informed about community news and events. We
hope these efforts help everyone feel more connected and welcome.
