| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2026 | 3 General Manager's Message Board Meeting Dates Executive Session Meeting is scheduled on July 20 at 11:30 am and July 22 at 9 am. The Open Session Meeting is scheduled for July 22 at 1 pm. Turf Removal Project We have and will continue to provide information as we can to make sure that there is as little impact as possible to the community. Please keep in mind that at the end of the day, this is a construction project and it will effect residents in some capacity as it is in progress. We will continue to work to make sure it is as little impact as possible, and we thank you for your understanding! Asphalt Project Update Asphalt sealing work is scheduled on July 13 and 16. They will be working on the areas that were worked on during April as well as the north eastern Invitationals (Durta, Zaharias, Whitworth, Watson, Vardon and the EVA road). We will provide a map with dates for when the work commences and make sure that there are signs out before the work is done. Please keep an eye out for details to be sent in e-blast. Sta Updates We get to celebrate our very own Tracie Rodgers and Robbie Gaballo this month for their birthdays. Tracie is our wonderful Activities Director. She works with all the clubs in our community as well as our Social Committee. We have our Music on the Plaza and other wonderful events due to her ingenuity and experience she brings to our community. Robbie is on of our great Lodge Attendants. She answers the phone and helps people at the front. She is a delight to work with and speak with. I have heard nothing but compliments from people about their interactions with her. Have a great July and be safe out there with the heat. Please join us in celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Fourth of the July! By Jon Payne, CMCA
