FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2026 33 Social Committee Canine Corral Win, place, or show! "Night at the Races" is coming to Four Seasons! We will have up to 12 races. We will have our own betting booths specially made by our resident, Fred Arroyo. Funny money will be handed to each guest upon arrival, so you do not have to use your own hard-earned money. The Bistro will be serving hamburgers and hot dogs to those who purchase with advance sales. This event will be open seating. Feel free to bring your snacks and beverage of your choice. The committee will be selling a new kind of raff le ticket that is much easier to read. Hopefully, these tickets will bring you luck, so bring your cash. "Night at the Races" is Aug. 29. Tickets go on sale July 28 in the Lobby. Tickets are $20 per person. SAVE THE DATE FOR CASINO NIGHT: Oct. 3. Tickets will go on sale on Sept. 1. Price per ticket is only $20 per person. Each guest will receive $500 in funny money to use for betting. We are bringing to the Ballroom: one full-size craps table, six blackjack tables (two will be sit-down), two roulette tables, and two tournament poker tables. Hope to see you at both events! ~ Lisa Johnson, lisajohnson710@ gmail.com ATTENTION ALL FOUR SEASONS DOG OWNERS: The HOA Board at its meeting in April approved the recommendation to suspend all membership requirements, including the membership application, the necessary documentation of license, vaccinations, and fees. The Canine Corral is now open for all Four Seasons residents to use from sunup to sundown. A sign is up, or will be shortly, regarding the rules that must be followed by the homeowner. Please remember to pick up after your pet, do not allow digging anywhere within the corral and be mindful of other dogs that may be using the corral at the same time. At the June meeting, the Canine Corral Steering Committee asked the Board to dissolve the committee due to the action of the Board previously. It has been a pleasure to be on this committee and we hope that the dog owners will take advantage of the corral. ~ Barbara Morton and Martha Franck, Co-Chairs
