26 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2026
e Community Planning Committee will be assisting the
HOA Board in revising and updating the Strategic Plan of 2023-
2026. Pat Wayne will once again be facilitating the process to
create a 2027-2030 Strategic Plan for Four Seasons. FirstService
can provide copies of 2023-2026 plan for any resident who cares
to review the document. Resident input is always welcome and
will be given due consideration as the review occurs.
Of special interest will be the consideration of future goals for
our community. Some possible ideas for consideration include:
• Emergency Preparedness – reactivating and coordinating
with the Wildre Mitigation eorts
• Examining the "Village Concept" for a potential pilot project
• Marketing Four Seasons to the next generation of 55+ home
buyers
• Updating and rebranding the Salon to an upscale Four
Seasons spa
• Dening ways to engage our "disconnected" residents
• Positioning Four Seasons as a rst-class "wellness
community" oering more tness, health, nutrition, and
wellness opportunities to correlate with our rst class sports
facilities
• Re-imagining the land parcel east of the RCN building which
currently contains the old shueboard and bocce ball courts
Setting new long-term goals begins with fresh ideas, budget
and cost awareness, and, as with all innovation, imagination.
Community Planning welcomes your ideas in this important
process. ~ Jane Hooper, Community Planning Committee,
