COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY: Meets 3rd ursday of every month at 10 am. is committee reviews information pertaining to the publication of the monthly newsletter and website. e committee will work with other groups and clubs to ensure reliable and current information is provided to the community. DESIGN REVIEW DRC: Meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10 am, Deergrass Room. is committee reviews home improvement applications, back-up plans, and design guidelines to provide compliance within the requirements of the governing documents. e committee will provide the homeowner with a letter of approval, denial, or a request for additional information. Residents with pending HIA applications are invited to attend the DRC monthly meeting to answer any questions the committee may have concerning their application. If the resident is not present for questioning, the application could be delayed a month to obtain further information from the resident. Board Liaison - Pat Sivalingam EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ADVISORY: Meets 2nd Monday of every month at 10 am. is committee makes recommendations to the Board on matters pertaining to emergency preparedness and response such as the execution of emergency programs to prepare for, and respond to, a disastrous event aecting the community. Residents are invited to attend the Emergency Preparedness Advisory meetings.
