| LIFE IN SOLERA | AUGUST 2026 | 39 Hot July Pickleball BBQ We started the month of July off with a hot, hot BBQ for our pickleball players and guests. It was a warm day outside for our "Master Griller" Chris Hubbs. He swaggers at the grill is second to none so a BIG thanks to Chris for his grilling expertise. Everyone enjoyed the potluck food and desserts in the "cool" Clubhouse. We had games of trivia about Pickleball history and the rules, along with singing trivia for prizes. Thanks to all of the guests who attended and if you couldn't make it, we missed YOU. Please join us and learn to play pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America! Organized play is on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday with a scheduled start time of 7:30 am. Hours may vary depending on the time of year. PICKLEBALL PADDLERS Tables are getting great action from Miss Q's players. After a few rough months of getting this group going, the awesome ladies are finding more and more skills at the tables. I'm so happy and proud of the fun we all have and their determination for finding new skills. There is a beautiful diversity among us and enjoy the social aspect of our group. We currently have 17 players and are welcoming to other ladies who want to play and/or socialize with new friends. I hope you will stop by, even for a few minutes, and meet all of us. The Miss Q's billiards has two time slots so you can fit billiards/ pool into your busy schedule. Ladies, we have a great time socializing and do play billiards (at a beginner's level). Come when you can, leave when you must, and always play for fun! We have Tuesday 9 to 11 am and Thursday 2 to 4 pm available, just come on in.
