| LIFE IN SOLERA | AUGUST 2026 | 5 Welcome Committee NEW RESIDENT UPDATE As of July 1, 43 new households (68 people) have joined the Solera community in 2026. Among them are David and Pamela Oxford, who moved from Colorado to be with family. They have three children, 16 grandchildren, and three great- grandchildren. TIP OF THE MONTH – USING NEIGHBOR 2 NEIGHBOR One of the many useful resources on our Solera website is "Neighbor 2 Neighbor." This is a great way to connect with Solera residents in a positive and helpful manner. This webpage is intended for residents to ask and answer questions such as business recommendations, make announcements, recognize achievements, etc. It's NOT for complaints, debates, or discussing Board decisions. To access this resource, log onto the Solera website. Select the "Residents" option from the top menu which brings up a drop-down menu where you can select "Neighbor 2 Neighbor." You can also sign up to receive email notices when a new topic or reply has been posted, and search for a particular topic. If you need help signing up for the website or with using Neighbor 2 Neighbor or any of the website resources, please contact the administration office at (951) 769- 7598. All new residents who moved to Solera as of July 2025 will receive invitations in the mail this month. Highlights of the event include: 1. Giveaways and free raffles. 2.
