Please join us on Sundays at 11 am, and now also on Tuesdays at 11 am,
to enjoy some fun, freeform fitness to music. Everyone goes at their own
pace, with no formal instructor. We play music from several genres and

We meet every Friday at 9 am in the Arts & Crafts Room, except
the First Friday of every month, we meet at 8 am for breakfast at
Sammy's restaurant in Calimesa. ALL are welcome to join us. We
conduct a weekly net on the following frequencies:
