| OHCC LIVING | AUGUST 2026 | 17 The Let's Dance Club hosted a lively party with the theme "Living Our Best Lives in OHCC," celebrating the 40+ clubs and groups that make life in our community so active, engaging, fun, and so enjoyable. Guests danced the evening away to favorite hits from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s expertly played by crowd favorite DJ Tigerlily. The dance floor stayed full all night as members and guests enjoyed the great music, laughter, and the company of new and old friends. Adding a cheerful summer touch to the evening, beautiful sunflower centerpieces decorated the tables and were given away to 13 lucky attendees at the end of the party. We also appreciated being able to use the festive Aloha wall decorations from the Golf Club's party the night before, which helped create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Jeannie Murrell (pictured here) and Betty Anne Kreutziger for hosting the wonderful event. Their planning and hard work made the evening a memorable success for everyone there. In keeping with the evening's theme of celebrating the many clubs and groups, we also recognize our unofficial "Club Champion" Karla Sando who seems to participate in just about every club OHCC has to offer! Her enthusiasm truly reflects "Living Our Best Lives in OHCC!" Mark your calendar for our next Let's Dance Club event on Aug. 14 on the Lanai. The theme will be Woodstock, featuring music professional Raynaldo Martine.
