This support group, presented by Kristi Necochea, is designed to educate and support those who are caring for a loved one with any ailment or illness. They meet on the second Thursday of each month. You will also learn about the traveling podiatry services and traveling hairstyling services that come to your home, how to safely get up aer a fall, how to report Medicare fraud in scams and documents that need to be in place as you age. RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH MELISSA - MIND & BODY Tuesdays and ursdays, 8:30 am in the Annex. If you have been wanting to try yoga, now is the time! Come breathe, move, stretch and connect with us.
