Most residents know Francisco and his team for the delicious meals served in the Bistro, but many are surprised to learn how extensive the catering options are. Whether you're hosting a casual luncheon, birthday party, anniversary celebration, club event, or holiday dinner, the Bistro offers a variety of menu choices to fit your needs. From sandwich trays and taco bars to BBQ favorites, Italian specialties, roast tri-tip, salmon, and chicken entrées, there is something for every taste. Even better, Francisco doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all menu. Limit ONE ENTRY per residence per month Bistro Committee The Facilities Committee is one of the most critical committees that we have. We meet twice a month to discuss, research, and advise the Board of Directors of what our community needs. Our community is now 20 years old. Things wear out and it's in our best interest to find the perfect vendor to do the work so we can keep this community a premiere place to live. The members of the Facilities Committee also do inspections of the property. This is a monthly occurrence and allows us to stay on top of repairs before they turn into major issues. Some things we are working on include Paseo fencing repairs, asphalt repairs, sidewalk repair, retention basin clean out, and yearly maintenance of shuff leboard courts. These are only a few of the items that we look at. If you see something that needs attention or a potential safety issue, please immediately report it to the front desk and document the concern with a communication form. Facilities Committee
