2 FOUR SEASONS AT TERRA LAGO ROADRUNNER | OCTOBER 2026
From the President
By Michael Scoggins, Board President
Welcome back, neighbors! Whether you enjoyed a summer away or stayed
close to home, October is a wonderful time to settle into fall at Four Seasons at
Terra Lago. With nearly 40 clubs and social activities, there are plenty of ways to
reconnect, meet new neighbors, and enjoy favorite things like pickleball, water
aerobics, cards, cras, and social gatherings at e Lodge.
Close to home, e Lights at Indio Golf Course has a refreshed clubhouse
and e Pin, its new on-site restaurant. With indoor dining, a bar and lounge,
and outdoor patio seating overlooking the course and mountains, it oers
another convenient place to meet friends, enjoy a meal, or stop by aer golf for
a refreshing drink.
e Badlands Trailhead at Avenue 42 and Golf Center Parkway is also worth a
visit. e City of Indio invested in a larger parking lot with more than 30 spaces,
new trees, refreshed landscaping, solar-powered lighting, and a walking path
to make this desert spot more welcoming for morning walks, photos, and time
outdoors.
I hope you nd time this fall to enjoy the season and the neighbors who make
our community home.
