We are pleased to introduce Isac Perezchica, the newest addition to
the FirstService Residential sta, as our Lodge Attendant here at Four
Seasons at Terra Lago. Isac brings a background in retail customer
service and is new to the HOA industry. He is eager to get more
acquainted with the community and to utilize his prior knowledge and
experience.
Along with the community getting to know Isac, our team continues
to learn more about him as well. He was born and raised in the
Coachella Valley, attending Cathedral City High School and playing
soccer in many dierent soccer clubs. He continued his education
attending Cal State Fullerton University and returned home obtaining
an A.A. degree in Psychology at College of the Desert. Isac is very
much a fan of music and enjoys playing guitar in his free time. He also
enjoys simple pleasures, such as a quality cup of coee or exploring
coee at new coee shops both local and outside of the desert.
We encourage you to stop by the front desk at the Lodge and say
hello to Isac.
